Where do I find pricing?
Thanks for your interest. Baden Sports partners with a network of imprinters and ad specialty distributors who work directly with companies, organizations, and people looking to decorate our products for marketing and advertising purposes. As we do not sell direct, we suggest you reach out to your preferred promotional distributor or please feel free to send us an email, and we will be happy to forward your information on to a promotional consultant in your area for further assistance.
Can you send me a sample of the ball before I buy?
Yes! If you're a Promotional Consultant, just let us know what ball you're interested in and we'd be happy to send you a sample, free of charge when a Shipper Account is provided.
What is the minimum order quantity?

How do I place an order?
Orders should be placed through your promotional consultant. Let them know what you need and they'll contact us to get the ball rolling. If you're the Promotional Consultant, please email or call us and we will get you taken care of right away.
Which art files do you accept?
We require vector art in the following formats:
If you only have access to one of the following file types, Baden can re-create your logo from a high resolution file for a small fee.
Do you PMS color match?
Yes, free of charge.
Do you provide a layout for me to see?
Yes, we send a proof for you to approve before balls go into production.
How many days does it take to get a proof?
It ranges from 1-3 days depending on the season. Let us know if you are working with a tight deadline and we'll work to accommodate you.
Where do you ship from?
In most cases, our headquarters in Renton, Washington.
Do the balls ship inflated?
Yes, in most cases, domestically customized balls will ship inflated unless otherwise requested. Some product may be deflated prior to shipping for an additional service fee. Full custom import orders will ship deflated unless otherwise requested.
Can I use my own Shipper Account?
Yes, while our preferred shipping method is UPS, we also have daily Fed Ex pick-ups for Third Party accounts. We also accept scheduled pick-ups at Will Call with prior notification and receipt of a BOL.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All orders are acknowledged by email (please provide your email address on your purchase order to receive your email confirmation in a timely manner). Contact factory if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. For accounts without credit terms, payment must be received before stock will be reserved for an order. It is your responsibility to contact the factory immediately with any discrepancies. Orders with a price discrepancy variance that is less than $50 will be processed without notice.
ARTWORK
Vector art files are required for production of an imprinted order. Accepted files formats are .ai and .eps.
Non-vector image files may be redrawn as requested at a cost of $62.50 (g)
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
Items found to be printed incorrectly due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 60 days from receipt of item. Baden Sports will provide return authorization labels. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender and billed for freight. A credit will not be issued for merchandise that is unavailable to be returned to Baden Sports.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without approval from Baden Sports. Written documentation must be sent to confirm the cancellation.
CORRECTION CHARGES
A charge of $50.00 (G) applies to all corrections received after the cliché, plate, or cut has been made. Corrections are not possible on orders that have been printed.
COPY CHANGE CHARGES
A charge equivalent to the item setup charge will apply to all copy changes. Copy changes •must be at least catalog minimum per copy. •
PAD PRINT / LASER ENGRAVING: 7-10 days after layout approval and payment
C.O.D.
Cash on delivery is not available.
DROP SHIPMENTS
An additional charge of $15.00 (G) applies to each drop shipment per order. Drop ship template required.
DISTRIBUTOR IMPRINT
For self-promotions, distributors will receive "End Quantity Price" (EQP) less 5% on all Baden Sports promotional catalog items. Set up charges up to $50.00 (G) are waived. Distributor's imprint must be included.
F.O.B.
All shipments are F.O.B. WA, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the invoice. Shipments received in WA, CA, MN, PA and GA are subject to sales tax.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
FedEx or UPS number required. Foreign Shipments will not be prepaid. All foreign shipments require special packaging, call for quote.
IMPRINT
The imprint will be set for best appearance at our discretion using the maximum imprint area, unless specified on the purchase order. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Pad printed art will wear off with use
INK CHANGE CHARGE
A charge of $50.00 (G) will apply to all items in the catalog per ink change.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Orders less than catalog minimum quantity will incur a $50.00 (G) charge where applicable per product specifications.
LICENSED DESIGNS
All licensed art requires a written release. Baden Sports is a Licensee for most Collegiate designs, the PGA, and USGA. Adding these images to product will add 30% (A) to catalog prices above. Run Charges will apply on pad printed orders. Cobranding may be available at an additional expense and/or written permission from the license holder. Ask your Baden Sports rep for more information.
MULTI-COLOR IMPRINT
Additional lead-time may be required. Contact factory for production time. Rush production is NOT available with multi-color imprints. Any product that does not specify full color imprint will be printed in spot colors.
NEW ACCOUNTS
Unless credit has been established, payment is required at the time the order is received. Payments may be made using ACH or EFT transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover, cashier’s check or money order. Production will not begin until payment is received in full. Checks may require a five-day waiting period. A service charge of $50.00 (Z) will be charged on all returned checks.
NON-FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Baden Sports cannot assume liability on non-fulfillment of orders caused by the inability to obtain raw material due to embargoes, strikes, fires, or other causes beyond our control.
ORDER SUBMISSION
Verbal orders are not accepted by telephone. Please submit all orders through email: promo@badensports.com. All orders received by fax, email, or other methods are subject to a daily cut off time. The cut off time for regular production orders is 2:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time. Any orders received thereafter will be considered orders for the following day. All transmitted orders will be considered the original purchase order. The legibility of faxed orders will be the responsibility of the distributor. Baden Sports is not responsible for any fax malfunction that would affect receipt of the order or omitted information on the order. All orders requiring artwork WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED TO SHIP until the actual artwork is received. Rush is available on many items. We will attempt to accommodate any request. Contact customer service for scheduling and availability.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS/EXACT QUANTITIES
All orders ship in exact quantities, unless otherwise notified, and will be invoiced for quantities shipped. Charges apply to each drop shipment.
PICTURES
Logos used in our catalog and/or website are for illustrative purposes ONLY. The logos DO NOT imply endorsements, nor does the owner of such design expressly authorize any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone.
PMS MATCHING
Baden Sports prints with coated inks only. We will try to match your requested PMS color as closely as possible for a charge of $50.00 (G). We cannot guarantee PMS color matching on colored surfaces and full color items.
PRICING
Catalog pricing is subject to change without notice, please contact for current pricing. All large quantity quotes are to be requested by email and must be referred to on the purchase order. Orders with a price discrepancy variance that is less than $50 will be processed without notice.
PRODUCT COLOR
Baden Sports has attempted to portray product colors in the catalog as accurately as is possible; however, because of color reproduction in printing, the product color may differ slightly from the catalog. If clarification of product color is required, please request a random sample
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins when:
Standard production time is 7-10 working days for catalog quantities unless otherwise noted.
PROOFS/SPEC SAMPLES
PREPRODUCTION PROOF or VIRTUAL SAMPLES are provided at NO CHARGE. Templates are available upon request for producing your own proofs at no charge. We highly recommend the using Baden Sports art team for virtuals and layouts for approval to reduce art questions and to expedite your order. These are provided at no additional expense.
REORDERS
To ensure an exact duplication of a reorder, send hard copy of art from the previous order. Please reference Baden Sports’ invoice number or previous distributor purchase order number on all repeat orders. Include description of the logo or artwork. Previous orders are kept on file for no longer than a 24-month period. Repeat orders after that period of time will require new artwork and set-up or logo charges will apply. Repeat orders with PMS color matches, multi-color set-ups, and multi-color running charges are charged on each repeat order.

Pad Print - 1st color/location imprint is included. Add 85¢ (r) each additional color - per logo, per location. Up to 3 colors maximum per location
Laser Engraving: Add $5 (r) per unit, per each additional location.
Digital Transfer: Add $8.35 (r) per unit, per each additional location.
Variable Data imprinting available for Laser Engraving and Digital Transfer decorations. Add $1.00 (g) each per location
SAMPLES
Samples up to $50.00 are available at no charge with your shipper number. Blank samples are standard; however, random samples are available for some items. Product with a retail value of $50+ will be invoiced at 50% of Net cost. Samples cannot be returned for credit.
SET-UP CHARGES:
Pad Printing: Not available on all domestic products.
Laser Engraving: Not available on all domestic products. Call for more information.
NEW FULL COLOR DIGITAL TRANSFER: Not available on all domestic Styles
NEW 3D FX EMBLEMS: Not available on all domestic Styles
SPECIAL FINISHING / PACKAGING
Retail packaging may be available at an additional expense. Contact your Baden Sports rep for further information or a quote.
Stickers: SKU / Holograms provided by a client can be applied at 32¢ (g) per item
SHIP DATE
All order acknowledgments will indicate an estimated ship date. This estimated ship date maychange depending on the current production schedule. If your order has a firm “in hands” date,PLEASE note this clearly on your purchase order and the appropriate Ship date will be scheduled accordingly.
SHIPPING
All orders should specify a "ship to" address. If the "ship to" address is not specified, it will default to the address of the Distributor. All orders should specify an "IN HANDS" date including the shipment method. If the shipping method is not specified, Baden Sports reserves the right to ship by whatever means necessary to meet the "In Hands" date. Baden Sports does not guarantee delivery by any freight carrier. The distributor must initiate any claim with the carrier immediately. Domestically decorated items ship inflated unless otherwise requested on Purchase Order

SHIPPING ON A 3RD PARTY NUMBER
There is a $40 (Z) handling charge for Truck Shipments using third-party billing. All orders using third party shipping numbers will incur a $7.50 (Z) handling fee per invoice, excluding sample orders. Our responsibility for damage or loss will end at our dock. Please contact your carrier for any claims or adjustments.
UNIMPRINTED ITEMS
Most items are available unimprinted beginning at minimum catalog quantities. Must be ordered in full case packs or will be subject to an additional 10% fee for broken cases.
